Biscotti – for chocolate mousse



I serve chocolate mousse fairly often. Is the sort of pudding that even people who say they don’t eat pudding will eat. Usually I slice some strawberries or raspberries to go with it, but it’s the wrong kind of year for berries so today biscotti is its accompanyment…
110g of caster sugar, 110g self raising flour, zest of one lemon, 50g almonds and 1 egg. Combine and shape into a sausage, place on baking paper, cook for 20mins at 220.
Slice thinly, eat. Also good with coffee I hear…
